I found a lurking vampire
in your mind
I found a forbidden ghost of reason
in your imagination
And you make me crazy
I found the chemistry between
your charming wit and voice
I found your grace underneath
your gorgeous sheets
And you make me crazy
I found sensuality in your words
and the fabric of your soul
I found a spell in your soft hands
and your priceless treasure
And you make me crazy
I found a gift in the seas of your eyes
and got lost
I found paradise in your love
and never want to leave
And you make me complete
Intense, Interesting, and force you to imagine. Nice!

Oh wow. This was really something.
Only lovers left alive. This was very Jarmusch-like.

You write the most beautiful things, Braeden. I like you.
You consistently articulate things that I’m feeling so very eloquently. ❤

kinda reminds me of the song “Building a Mystery” by Sarah Mclachlan, where she also uses ‘creepy’ imagery to establish the unique creative passion of her husband.
“You live in a church
Where you sleep with voodoo dolls
And you won’t give up the search
For the ghosts in the halls.”
